Customers Are Fucking Idiots!!!!

Parten my french! However how much do you really think you are paying for your cable service....for you to call up here behaving like a fucking retard. Just for your FYI your ONE freaking $29.95 that you pay each month is NOT supplying my child with food & Shelter clothes or Love.

I get these stupid people calling about their cable accounts,and I try to assist them and they either don't want to help me help them,don't want to provide there information,or just have there foot so far up there ass that they can't seem to be polite to THE help!

Word to the wise. If you want ya voice heard(Dumb Asses!)Contact the CEO who founded of the compeny...Don't beat up the messager or the help.

Before I get too far, let me just say I respect your position. Getting calls from asshole crack pots like me can't be easy to deal with on a daily basis. Big ups for dealing with that. In the same grain, I pose a simple question. Why do you still do it if all you get are idiots call ya?

I have to assume there is more good than bad.

That said, let me pose another question. If all you get are the idiots and assmites, suppose then the problem isn't them?

Hmmm...

Now. As for my personal experience with the cable company. I've never had a pleasant one. Never. The bills are too high, always. The packages always change and you could have the most basic, lowest price available but it doesn't matter, you get us anyways. The cable company just changes that package and suddenly you are paying $10 bucks more having not changed a thing. Usually with no warning. Just one month one bill, the next a new bill.

And lets talk about all those little taxes the cable company likes to charge. I understand some of them. I know some of them are needed to help sustain a business relationship. I understand you have to legally charge some of these taxes because the government forces you to do so. But let me ask this? Why the hell would you pass on to your customers, a use tax that you have already charged a neighboring town? Some other cable company uses your equipment, lines, ends or whatever service you provide and you charge them and us, your customers, a use tax. What the frag is that all about?

None of you that take my calls have ever been able to explain that and hence, I have dropped all cable and dish networks from my life. I know for a fact I will never be a cable subscriber again for this simple fact. I want to be paid back for every penny grubbing cent you charge me on these bogus taxes you have charged over the last 20 years before I subscribe again. And I know for a fact I will never see a cent in repayment.

So, before you call all of us "fuckin idiots" make sure you can at least answer all my questions.

First of all. it seems that you put alot of thought into this comment. Honestly I can careless about your experience. In answer to your question,you might just be right because when I get assholes like you on my phone that fill like they have a point to prove....I AM VERY NASTY. Its not MY company but it is a GREAT company to work for....when I am not dealing with little serial killers like yourself.

So in the future save your speech for someone who cares and I am entitle to MY opinion,and so are you.

Here is what is wrong. Taken from the response to my post...

"Honestly I can careless about your experience."

And they can care less about giving us good customer service. It's no longer about us the customer, it's about them. Straight from the mouth of a babe.

A web of misdirection.

It is a curious thing to me, that a person such as yourself would take the time to write this forum in complaint to these type of people, when it is you who is getting paid a living in order to deal with these people.

What exactly did you expect, when you took on a customer service job?

All of this aside... I note that you would rather us all go and complain to a CEO about the poor service we've recieved. Do you honestly think a high executive would take the time out of his day to listen to complaints?

If I were to know a CEO personally, he still wouldn't take my complaints, and referr me to your department. With your reccomendation, who is it then that is supposed to hear the word of the customer? This is further evidence to me, of the example of the failure of the corporate machine.

This misdirection of the issue, and bureaucratic dance tells me that the world will not die in some firey explosion... but in a hail of meaningless words that noone expects to read.

Ms. sjohnso9 , I feel you , I work as a PM Shift Manager for an ISP , I work this job because I attend school in the mornings , and I deal with a lot of difficult customers who I have to kiss up just to keep a profit margin for the company . I wish these 2 gentlemen could exchange jobs with you for a week and maintain the same opinion about " Good Customer Service " , and try to figure out the definition of it . Cheer up !

someone who knows what they are talking about. Im over it all the way I am now a Quality Assurance Analysist.People take customer service to a whole new level now adays. Its never about the IP problem,the cable,etc. Its about their divorce,race,religions beliefs,kids etc. Calling customer service is just to curse someone who would have to listen and have no choice otherwise. Easy way of not paying for a psyco-therapist, to have their own lives evaluated,so they call customer service vent out their frustration and then when you feel any way about it, they validate it by saying this is "YOUR"job. MY JOB! is to help with cable, not your personality mishaps,and your socially okward behavior issues. Thanks for understanding. Smile.
