I imagine that TRX is in lack of sponsors and need money to support Internet servers because of the new booming audience. I suspect that ask money from audience's people won't work, even offering access to special content of TRX. I wouldn't pay for it, even if I had money. So I have some ideas for you:
Make a radio host contest (people could pay a registration fee to participate). Or a band contest, a comedian's contest, etc, do create some new to have sponsors' interest.
You could make a more explicit advertisement of your own products on your site (T-shirts, mug, etc).
Through your site you can sell lots of things that interest your audience like CD bands, band's t-shirts, movie's t-shirts, even mp3 files of some good songs and musics that are played in some of TRX's shows. AAAND, most of all, with your new booming audience, you can have an expressive number of new sponsors. Google certainly could be one of them. Try a partnership! Why not? Are you a Google racist? Be a fucking capitalist! It doesn't matter! I know that my ideas imply to create an administrative and a financial sections in you company... Well, if you make money, and have some more employees, good! It speeds up the economy! That is what makes the difference!
